Manage 3 concurrent digital/web projects from initiation through delivery
Build project plans from scratch, define milestones, and manage timelines
Coordinate internally and externally with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor project managers
Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery
Provide clear, proactive communication across all workstreams
Support a small project team environment and contribute to operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience
Ability to develop project plans, schedules, and tracking documents without preset templates
Demonstrated success managing projects through completion
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with both technical and non‑technical teams
High aptitude, resourcefulness, and self‑driven work style
Preferred
Experience Delivering IT Projects (digital/web Strongly Preferred)
Familiarity with digital/IT terminology is beneficial
