Responsibilities

Host and present educational workshops on estate and financial planning topics

Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate planning strategies

Design, review, and explain individualized estate plans aligned with client goals

Lead document signing meetings and address client questions with clarity and confidence

Collaborate closely with attorneys, advisors, and support staff to ensure excellent client service

Maintain accurate electronic records of meetings, plans, and communications

Participate in weekly mentoring sessions with a senior attorney

Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor degree and active law license

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Apple software is a plus

Willingness to work early evenings up to twice per month

Preferred
