Responsibilities
Manage project timelines and trackers for the LMS migration, ensuring milestones are met
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing cycles, identify enhancements, write test cases, log defects, and validate fixes
Define requirements for scalability and intuitive user interfaces
Maintain documentation, including platform playbooks and standard operating procedures
Partner with operations and field teams to support rollout and change management efforts
Serve as the primary contact for content escalations and platform issues
Support content creators by troubleshooting publishing issues and validating content
Manage daily publishing activities, balancing business priorities for timely delivery of training materials
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and report on system health
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in digital project management, platform operations, or learning technology
Deep familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems
Experience with migration projects is a strong plus
Proficiency in using project management tools like Radar, Jira, Asana, and Keynote
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
High attention to detail with the ability to spot design imperfections or logic gaps in user flows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to articulate status updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
Flexibility to handle rapidly changing schedules and ambiguity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
