Business Analyst - Technology Transformation & BFSI

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting digital transformation, and driving process improvements to deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering Analysis
Engage with stakeholders to elicit| analyze| and document business requirements
Conduct workshops| interviews| and process mapping sessions
Documentation Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)| Functiona Specifications| and User Stories
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Solution Design Validation
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
Act as a liaison between business units| technology teams| and external vendors
Communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve conflicts
Identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance
Provide insights through data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field
3 - 7 years as a Business Analyst in BFSI or similar domain
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (SQL, Python)
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Adaptability to changing business priorities
CBAP, CCBA, or Agile-related certifications
