Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
Qualify customer needs and provide product recommendations
Convert inquiries into sales by delivering accurate quotes and creative solutions
Assist customers in choosing the right materials, sizes, and design options
Generate and present quotes based on product specs and quantities
Collaborate with the design team to ensure expectations are met
Submit order details into production systems
Keep customers updated on order status, production timelines, and delivery
Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time fulfillment
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in inbound sales, account management, or similar role
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer goals
Comfort with CRM systems and email tools
Detail-oriented with a drive for follow-through and accuracy
Preferred
Experience in custom product sales or eCommerce
Familiarity with design concepts and production terms
A collaborative attitude and a touch of creativity
