$50K/yr - $55K/yrBrightPath Kids is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized CapEx Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support for capital improvement projects across their centers. This role focuses on keeping projects, vendors, and documentation on track, ensuring the Facilities Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for incoming capital project requests (emails, surveys, maintenance staff)
Support Facilities leadership in validating project needs with Operations teams (Area Directors and Center Directors)
Assist with vendor sourcing by gathering and organizing reviews, references, and documentation
Coordinate communications between vendors, contractors, and center staff to ensure clarity and alignment
Maintain scheduling calendars and track progress to minimize disruption to center operations
Prepare, review, and track Purchase Orders (POs); ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
Support Accounts Payable by verifying invoices and processing approvals for timely payment
Keep project files, budgets, and reports organized and up to date for supervisor review
Provide administrative support for emergency or day-to-day facilities needs as required
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
Professional, approachable, and adaptable both in person and on the phone
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with purchase order or project tracking systems a plus
Preferred
Administrative or coordination experience in facilities, construction, property management, or related fields preferred
Basic understanding of facilities or capital improvement processes helpful but not required
