Program Management Office (PMO) Support
Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm focused on the Life Sciences industry. They are seeking a PMO Support to manage program meetings, maintain program deliverables, and provide administrative support for various governance processes.

Responsibilities
Support program meeting cadence by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, capturing and distributing minutes, logging RAID items, maintaining a list of topics, confirming the readiness of presenters, and collecting slides
Administer the program roster by maintaining workstream membership spreadsheets, org charts, and Outlook DLs
Maintain an inventory of program deliverables and coordinate review and acceptance workflows
Process access requests for Functional Sandboxes and manage access to the program SharePoint site
Provide PMO support for the PV Systems Portfolio by onboarding new scrum masters, supporting the PV Systems meeting cadence, and managing demand
Provide support for the Client Technology Governance Council - scheduling meetings, capturing meeting minutes, administering the Release Tracker, and facilitating governance process activities
Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to requests and questions
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Experience in program management and administration
Ability to work during US (East Coast) business hours
