Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate dynamic, personalized phonics-based reading experiences for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Employ storytelling and participatory methods to drive learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Evaluate student advancement and modify sessions on the fly to address each cohort's evolving needs
Provide individualized and small group coaching sessions to produce quantifiable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years facilitating small-group reading interventions for K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-achieving learners in specialized educational settings
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young students using voice, narrative, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
