Responsibilities

Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and complex problems
Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
Work with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the most complex tasks
Translate concepts into practice
Coach, provide feedback, act as a resource and guide others
Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed
Communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Solve problems, manage multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
Apply your working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Required

2+ years of experience in Product Ownership
2+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
2+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates

Preferred

PM Certification
Agile Certification
Experience with transitioning a large matrix organization to an agile environment
