Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing article maintenance in Love’s Pricebook SAP
Maintain various pricing and promotion conditions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance data governance policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in master data management
Manage daily reports to identify and address data discrepancies, working towards continuous improvement and optimization of master data quality
Act as a subject matter expert on master data-related matters, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and participating in cross-departmental initiatives
Navigate multiple systems to efficiently resolve store help desk tickets
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to make quick, proactive resolutions
Ability to multi-task in a complex and fast paced environment
Excels in self-motivated work with minimal supervision
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
Requires normal range of hearing and vision
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years of work experience preferred
Experience in SAP preferred
