Responsibilities
Represent buyer clients from first consultation through closing
Conduct property tours, write strong offers, and negotiate on behalf of buyers
Manage client communication, expectations, and timelines
Stay informed about local Raleigh market trends, inventory, and new developments
Work incoming buyer leads from the team and nurture long-term pipeline opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation within the team’s CRM and Compass systems
Attend team trainings, meetings, and strategy sessions
Uphold Compass standards of professionalism, service, and ethical practice
Qualification
Required
Active North Carolina real estate license
2–4 years of residential real estate experience with buyer-side production
Knowledge of—or strong interest in—the Raleigh and surrounding markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple clients
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM software, mobile apps, and digital contract tools
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
