Responsibilities
Assist in identifying obstacles in the claims management process
Coordinate with internal teams, customer service representatives, sales, and account managers to support corrective actions
Provide updates to internal stakeholders on claim status
Support issue resolution activities related to claims
Generate and maintain claim-related documentation following established procedures
Support resolution of simple administrative or clerical issues related to claims processing
Respond to customer inquiries related to credit memos, debit memos, and short pay or deduction authorizations
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed
Perform other assigned duties in support of customer service operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of related work experience
Ability to handle clerical, administrative, and customer support activities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under general supervision and escalate complex issues appropriately
Experience in a customer-facing environment
Experience supporting claims management or order management processes
Experience handling administrative and customer support inquiries
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with customer service or claims management processes
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
