Drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Managing discovery processes and conducting fact investigations
Preparing and defending depositions, as well as preparing company witnesses
Attending court appearances and participating in trial preparation and trials
Engaging directly with clients and contributing to case strategy
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a defense background in catastrophic injury cases
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle complex legal matters under tight deadlines
Significant experience managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery and fact investigation
Licensed to practice law in Texas
