Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, relationship management, and client acquisition
Proficiency in data analytics, marketing strategy, and campaign optimization
Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and database management
Ability to work both collaboratively in hybrid settings and independently to achieve outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Preferred
Experience within Financial Services, Mortgage, or related industries is a plus
