Responsibilities
Create Industry-Leading Technical Content
Build high-quality demos, sample apps, tutorials, and reference architectures showcasing:
TrueFoundry Gateway (rate limiting, auth, observability, cost control, evaluation hooks)
LLMOps workflows (model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, evaluation, guardrails)
Multi-model routing, inference optimization, scaling and cost-efficiency patterns
Enterprise GenAI architectures using TrueFoundry, vector databases, RAG, and multimodal pipelines
Publish blogs, research notes, documentation improvements, walkthroughs, and comparison guides
Present at webinars, conferences, workshops, meetups, and internal/external events
Create content across modes written, video, live streams, tutorials, GitHub repos, newsletters, and more
Engage & Grow the TrueFoundry Community
Participate actively in community spaces: Slack, Discord, GitHub discussions, forums, and Stack Overflow
Facilitate healthy, thoughtful technical discussions and support developers building on TrueFoundry
Design and run community initiatives:
Demo days, office hours, challenges, AMAs
Hackathons, workshops, user groups
“Build with TrueFoundry Gateway” and “LLMOps in action” campaigns
Identify and engage potential TrueFoundry Ambassadors; help them create, publish, and amplify their work
Champion Community Feedback & Collaboration
Partner closely with Product and Engineering:
Provide structured product feedback from users and open-source contributors
Facilitate early-access/beta programs for Gateway, LLMOps features, or new infra components
Influence roadmap decisions through real community insights
Help maintain and communicate updates for open-source libraries, integrations, and SDKs
Curate community-driven conversations and highlight success stories
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a Software Engineer, MLE, SRE, Platform Engineer, or similar practitioner
3+ years storytelling through: Blogs, conference talks, live coding, workshops, open source contributions, or video content
Strong presence or familiarity with communities on Slack, Discord, GitHub, or similar platforms
Able to articulate complex GenAI/ML/infra concepts into clear and engaging narratives
Comfortable in at least two programming languages (Python, Node.js, Go, Bash, etc.)
Familiar with: Modern infra (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud providers), Model serving, inference optimization, evaluation, RAG, embeddings, LLM routing, and production ML practices
Self-driven, curious, and excited to explore emerging tech across AI, systems, and developer tools
Preferred
Experience leading or supporting community programs: champions, ambassadors, hackathons, or user groups
Already active in ML/AI, DevOps, Infra, or open-source communities
Experience building demos with LLM frameworks, inference engines, or serving platforms
