Responsibilities
Develop, document, and optimize end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or equivalent process mapping software
Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement
Implement lean, six sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process performance
Maintain, revise, and control process documentation using Document control/quality management system
Work closely with other departments to gather requirements, validate processes, and support system integrations
Facilitate process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and training sessions to ensure org alignment
Provide guidance and mentorship on process mapping, and documentation of best practices
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 + years of experience in process engineering, business process optimization, or similar role
Proficiency with Visio, Draw.IO or other process mapping tool
Experience with MasterControl or other document control platform
Strong understanding of process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and have valid work authorization
Preferred
Knowledge of Lean, six sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
