Organizational Training Specialist
AmeriCorps is a national service program that aims to strengthen communities through volunteerism. The Organizational Training Specialist VISTA will enhance the organization's capacity to deliver effective youth development programs by improving training systems and standards, ensuring staff and volunteers are well-prepared for program delivery.

Responsibilities
Assess existing staff and volunteer trainings, aligning them with program standards and identifying best-practice training resources
Collaborate with GOALS leadership to update and develop training materials, create implementation guides, and establish a centralized training system
Design post-training surveys and data tools to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Minimum age of 18
Ability to assess existing staff and volunteer trainings
Ability to align trainings with program standards
Ability to identify best-practice training resources
Ability to collaborate with leadership to update and develop training materials
Ability to create implementation guides
Ability to establish a centralized training system
Ability to design post-training surveys and data tools
Ability to measure effectiveness and identify gaps
Ability to support continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in youth development programs
Experience in training and curriculum development
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience with data collection and analysis
