Account Manager - SaaS
BS&A Software, a leader in municipal software solutions, is seeking an Account Manager focused on growth within their existing customer base. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and guiding customers through migrations of their SaaS platform.

Responsibilities
Own a book of business tied to SaaS migrations, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within your assigned accounts
Build and strengthen trusted relationships with municipal leaders and department heads, positioning yourself as a strategic partner
Proactively uncover opportunities by aligning client needs with BS&A’s expanding portfolio of SaaS solutions and payment processing tools
Lead customers through the decision-making process when migrating to SaaS, creating urgency and demonstrating ROI
Deliver tailored presentations and value propositions to finance directors, IT leaders, and city managers that highlight efficiency, risk reduction, and cost savings
Collaborate with internal solution engineers, implementation teams, and leadership to close deals and ensure seamless delivery
Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and consistent communication with leadership
Stay current on product roadmap developments and industry trends to position new features and solutions as must-haves for your clients
Represent BS&A at client meetings, regional events, conferences, and roadshows to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales within software or government technology
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas and driving measurable revenue growth
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the unique challenges of municipal government clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for client meetings, demos, and presentations
