Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for cabinet and millwork production
Interpret and follow detailed production drawings and blueprints
Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment
Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional standards
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualification
Required
Previous experience operating CNC machinery in cabinet or millwork production preferred
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings
Ability to perform measurements accurately and maintain quality control
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience with forklift operation - prior certification a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to follow strict safety standards
