Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings for personal injury cases
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases
Manage case files, including maintaining documentation and deadlines
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates
Prepare trial binders and assist in trial preparation activities
File documents with courts and other relevant agencies electronically
Review and summarize medical records and other relevant documents
Coordinate with medical providers and experts as needed for case development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases
Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Strong understanding of legal terminology and civil litigation procedures
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
