Responsibilities

You will apply research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, under technical supervision
You will work with engineers and designers to produce models for components, parts, subassemblies, and assemblies
You will execute tests for systems, subsystems, and components under technical oversight
You will analyze test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives
You will communicate effectively in a cross-functional team

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience with Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software
Familiarity with ANSYS or other mechanical analysis software
