Responsibilities
Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD
Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries
Schedules and conducts community tours
Conducts prospect follow-up calls, e-mails, mailings, etc
Assists with management of the community’s lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks, etc
Serves as primary sales back-up when CRD is out of the community
Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
Orders marketing materials and supplies
Assembles post-tour brochures and move-in paperwork packets
Helps plan and coordinates marketing events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Has a high School Diploma or equivalent
Is at least 25 years of age to drive company vehicle
Has at least one year of experience OR training in sales or marketing
Has at least experience in senior living
Preferred
Some post-secondary education preferred
Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred
