Responsibilities
Architect enterprise-scale GenAI solutions using Gemini / Vertex AI, including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, grounding, and connector ecosystems
Define AI platform architecture, governance models, and operating standards
Lead AI intake, prioritization, risk assessment, identity propagation, and data protection
Drive integration of agents across platforms such as Gemini Agentspace, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Emma, and others
Establish standards for authentication, OBO flows, schema mapping, connector design, and error taxonomies
Provide architectural oversight for RBAC/RLS/FLS, PII masking, privacy-by-design, and compliance
Define AgentOps framework, including registry, monitoring, telemetry, and auditability
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
Latency targets: <3s p95
Availability: ≥99.5%
Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and enterprise AI enablement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in AI / ML architecture and enterprise platforms
Strong expertise in LLMs & Agentic AI (architecture, governance, platform strategy)
3–5 years designing enterprise AI solutions: Gemini / Vertex AI, Agent applications, RAG pipelines, grounding, context engineering, LLM orchestration and model governance
5–7 years experience in: Data ingestion frameworks & APIs, Semantic search, vector search, Attribute-level & record-level access control, PII masking, connector factory patterns
Hands-on experience with: Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise (Agentspace), Vector Search / Matching Engine, Cloud Run, Functions, Kubernetes, IAM, Secret Manager
2–3 years experience with: Multi-agent coordination, intent routing, context propagation, LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy, Embedding pipelines, hybrid search, retrieval optimization
2–3 years implementing: LLM governance, safety & guardrails, Content moderation, policy enforcement, Auditability and model drift tracking
Executive presence; ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders
Strong communication — can simplify complex AI topics for non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment
High ownership, architectural clarity, and decision-making capability
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (Jira, Azure DevOps)
