Responsibilities

Manage and supervise accounting and financial outsourcing services for clients
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all client reporting
Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts for clients
Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and recommendations for business improvements
Conduct regular audits of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience in managing client relationships and providing financial advice
CPA certification is highly preferred; CMA certification is a plus
Experience in audit processes and financial review is advantageous
Familiarity with the construction and healthcare industries is desirable
