Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance)
Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for QA teams
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Create robust automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Ensure high coverage across microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven testing approaches
Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation adoption across teams
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality in every stage
Champion shift-left testing practices and promote test-driven development (TDD/BDD)
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced QA Automation Engineer
Design, implement, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks across complex enterprise systems
Deep technical expertise
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lead automation initiatives that ensure product quality at scale
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance)
Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for QA teams
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Create robust automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Ensure high coverage across microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven testing approaches
Expert in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling
Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation adoption across teams
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality in every stage
Champion shift-left testing practices and promote test-driven development (TDD/BDD)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Candidates must be eligible for new H-1B filing
