Qualification
Required
Experience managing field painters (employees and subcontractors) across multiple active projects
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on painting experience with knowledge of spray, brush, and roll application methods
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Ability to track labor, material costs, and performance to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
Proficiency with basic computer systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-department collaboration skills
Preferred
