Responsibilities
Manage all social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Create and publish high-quality content, including short-form videos, graphics, and written posts
Write compelling, on-brand copy for captions, campaigns, and promotional content
Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement, reach, and followers across all platforms
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends
Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all content
Appear on camera when needed for content creation, storytelling, or promotional videos
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in content creation, including social media posts, videos, and graphics
Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Experience editing photos and videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and experience managing social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also taking initiative independently
Preferred
Experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, or community building is a plus
