Responsibilities
The cloud alliances team strikes new strategic agreements with our cloud ecosystem partners, develops new joint offerings, and manages the day-to-day operations of these critical partnerships
Candidates will play a critical role in helping the team manage a fast growing business while also influencing long-term strategy by gleaning insights from performance against our shared KPIs, as well as internal datasets and other metrics
This team works as part of the cross-functional organization tasked with the success of Cloud Clusters (NC2), a critical offering with our cloud partners
Candidates will interface with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Alliances, and senior leadership on a regular basis
Managing co-sell registrations submitted by partners as well as sales teams
Submitting and following up on funding requests
Creating regular reports on cloud pipeline, funding, partnership
KPIs, and other data sources
Supporting our cloud marketplace organization
Analyzing relevant data to identify trends, patterns, potential areas of concern
Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of partners and internal business processes
Qualification
Required
Previous CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred)
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently
Microsoft Office - Excel and Powerpoint
Database management, queries, report generation
1-2 years of experience in operations or similar
