The Business Intelligence and Visualization team is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the creation of dashboards and BI solutions that enhance decision-making and data literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities
Deliver small to medium complex dashboard projects either individually or as part of a project team
Work with the business stakeholders in understanding their requirements and translate these into a technical design that enables efficient prototyping
Create innovative visualizations that follow design and development best practices and can deliver meaningful insights to the business
Use design wireframes and consultative best practices with our stakeholders
Collaborate with the data engineering team to troubleshoot issues with existing dashboards and take ownership to get them rectified
Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs
Provide operational production support for the dashboards on Tableau Server
Qualification
Required
5 years of relevant work experience focused on the arena of working with data/ and developing dashboards
Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication/verbal skills
Ability to effectively present information
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of data visualization methods
Experience partnering well with cross-functional teams
Possess the ability to work independently, self-navigate organizational and technical challenges
Preferred
You have 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of technical experience leading business intelligence or data visualization projects
A strong data visualization portfolio demonstrating how you design to solve customer needs
You are well-versed in working with Tableau, including designing/building new dashboards
Experience leading design discovery meetings with end-users is preferred
Excellent grasp of the design thinking and the prototyping process
You have an understanding of data management systems and processes within the ecosystem (source systems, data feeds, reference data management, ETL, Data Warehouses and Datamarts, Google Analytics, etc.) and have experience working with SQL or Tableau Prep
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus
Experience working with any prototyping tool, e.g., Figma, is a plus
