Prepare and calibrate press and lathe machines; clean and verify readiness for production cycles
Adjust operating parameters (e.g., speed) to maintain quality and throughput
Load raw materials/parts into semi-automated equipment
Measure components with precision instruments and gauges
Perform periodic test runs and functional checks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the shift
Inspect output to identify machine-related defects
Record approved and defective units or finished goods
Maintain accurate activity and production logs
Qualification
Required
