Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and facilitating training on product installations, auditing job work tickets, and managing the corporate installation process to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and facilitate training on product installations
Audit job work tickets, installer processes, and installation compliance requirements
Own, manage, and audit the corporate installation process and installation standards
Ensure installer hours are completed under the estimated budget for jobs
Assist the field and HR team with workforce planning for assigned territories
Monitor and report employee overtime weekly to leadership
Assist with the implementation of new product lines
Up to 30% travel within the position
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in the home improvement industry
3+ years of management or supervisory experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have warehouse management and building material Inventory experience
Must be employee and customer job-site safety driven
Must have training experience with installation process and standards
Must have experience in writing field install SOPs
Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce)
Valid drivers license
