Responsibilities
Own the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through execution, delivery, and closeout
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across technology, marketing, product, supply chain, and operations
Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks
Translate complex or unstructured inputs into actionable plans and defined next steps
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining prioritization and momentum
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively address them
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, accountability, and decision-making
Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting for transparency
Establish and reinforce efficient project processes without unnecessary rigidity
Serve as a central point of coordination for complex, high-impact initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of hands-on project management experience across product launches, apparel, or production
Proven success managing projects across multiple business domains
Experience working with all levels of an organization, from executives to frontline teams
Expert proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar)
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business needs for technical teams
Experience with vendor management, contracts, and budget oversight
Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
PMP certification strongly preferred
Experience in eCommerce and/or consumer products environments strongly preferred
Working knowledge of creative production workflows (pre-production, shoots, post-production, asset delivery)
