Field Service Representative/ Trainer

Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience with Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cyber capabilities
Background in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) is highly desirable, as SIGINT is a primary military occupational specialty supported by this position
Familiarity with SIGINT equipment and the ability to meet additional New Equipment Training (NET) requirements for SIGINT systems is preferred
Support the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of EW system delivery, integration, and training events
Provide maintenance, sustainment, and oversight of EW equipment, software, and training materials
Conduct New Equipment Training (NET) and New Equipment Fielding (NEF) for soldiers and civilians
Travel extensively to support EW&C mission requirements, including CONUS and OCONUS locations
Prepare detailed After Action Reports documenting activities and findings during NET/NEF events
Deliver on-site or remote system support during program test events
Participate in Technical Manual Validation and Verification events and Logistics Maintenance Demonstrations
Engage in Product Support IPTs and brief Product Support leadership on current and upcoming NET/NEF activities
Provide reach-back support for users seeking assistance with training, maintenance, or sustainment needs
Review and provide feedback on Technical Manuals, Training Support Packages, and Training Lesson Plans
Ensure training and fielding products comply with applicable policy and regulatory requirements

Required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications desired
Demonstrated experience leading training and fielding operations
Experience with property accountability and chain of custody procedures
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute training and fielding activities
Experience developing training materials and technical manuals
Strong instructional skills, including the ability to teach complex concepts to large groups effectively
Active Secret Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Experience with Army logistics and property transfer processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools
Ability to brief effectively in an Army operational context
Experience managing or coordinating activities involving military personnel, civilians, and contractors
