Responsibilities
Perform upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption to users
Provide onsite technical assistance for network troubleshooting, resolving issues promptly
Work closely with the Network Team and vendors to facilitate the installation of new network equipment
Pre-stage, image, and set up new computers for employees as needed
Reset and release devices in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
Reset passwords in Active Directory
Coordinate with the network team for changes to the network
Enter escalation tickets into the ServiceNow ticketing system as required
Provide day-to-day support and answer questions about company phones, software, or computer systems, both onsite and remotely
Assist with tickets from Canadian and Orange, TX sites as needed. (On-site Pittsburgh PA)
Cover Helpdesk duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Degree/Diploma in an IT related program
Previous experience in IT support (preferred) and/or customer service-related role
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with users, providing excellent customer service and support
Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
Ability to work independently based on support principles and leadership direction
Willingness to address after-hours IT requirements to minimize disruption to business operations
Familiar with using IT support level processes and systems (ticket tools, etc...)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11 migrations)
Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze networking issues
Preferred
5+ years of experience
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory would be a plus
