Manage the Design Team helping to mentor, train and develop team members to
Serve as the Estimating and Design Departments inside technical expert
Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure a seamless transition between design and implementation
Oversee and manage Design Department project schedules to ensure timelines are met
Design, survey, calculate and stock list projects when necessary to maintain project schedules
Calculate figures to convert design dimensions to resizing dimensions specified for subsequent production
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
NICET II Certification a required
Manage the Design Team helping to mentor, train and develop team members
