Responsibilities
Track, process, and reconcile refunds and returns in coordination with internal teams
Liaise directly with third-party warehouses to resolve shipment, inventory, and fulfillment issues
Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
Investigate and rectify order discrepancies, shipping errors, and fulfillment exceptions
Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and tracking files
Support ongoing process improvements within logistics and operations workflows
Utilize Excel and SAP to manage data, reporting, and transaction tracking
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain
Strong proficiency in Excel
Hands-on experience with SAP is required
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing company
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience in consumer goods or related industries is a plus
