Responsibilities

Assist with installations, upgrades, and mission-critical support for Air Force RPA Operations Centers
Ensure around-the-clock connectivity and video dissemination across multiple secure networks
Configure LANs/WANs and firewalls, and develop implementation plans that deliver real results
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, all while documenting and maintaining key systems
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and complex technical puzzles—with independence and precision

Security+ certificationCisco IOSC4ISR operationsCCNA certificationIP routingTACLANE experienceAnalytical skillsMilitary C5ISR experienceLinux platformsDocumentation skillsCommunication skills

Required

Security+ certification (per DoD 8570.01)
An active Top Secret/SCI clearance
A Bachelor's degree is required in a related field and 3+ years of hands-on experience. Additional experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
Familiarity with Cisco IOS, IP routing, long-haul transport, and NSA Type 1 crypto devices
A solid grasp on C4ISR operations and tactical networking
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills—plus the drive to lead and learn

Preferred

Military C5ISR experience
Hands-on MQ-9 operations center networking knowledge
CCNA certification and/or Cisco coursework
IP Multicast, fiber/copper cabling standards, and TACLANE experience
Fluency with Juniper and Linux platforms
