Responsibilities

Entering purchase order into Sap Programs
Follow up with International Factories on Bulk Production "In Progress" reports for customers orders
Monitoring shipping and delivery of purchases
Checking items meet specifications
Overseeing the speed of production
Communicating with Quality Assurance on product quality
Vendor Management Inventory Tracking Programs

Qualification

Required

Educated, business-minded, detailed individual
Goal-oriented, organized, confident, and willing to learn
Experience in International Shipping of Containers with Ocean Vessel Carriers
Knowledgeable and full understanding of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Interfacing with International teams on a daily/weekly basis
Communication to customers verbally and written to provide updates on progress of their orders
Team player with a willingness to 'do what it takes' to get the job done accurately, timely, and efficiently
Ability to enter purchase orders into SAP Programs
