This role focuses on developing executive-level strategy and decision-support materials while operating as a thought partner to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop executive-level strategy, insights, and decision-support presentations
Structure and analyze complex, ambiguous business and technology problems
Synthesize inputs from business, data, and technology teams into clear recommendations
Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic narratives and messaging
Support data, digital, and technology transformation initiatives with strong analytical rigor
Ensure strategy materials are grounded in a solid understanding of data and technology concepts
Qualification
Required
Prior exp. w/ Mortgage Industry is required
6+ months
Proven experience creating executive-level strategy or decision-support presentations
Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Solid understanding of data, technology, and modern data platforms sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams
Experience supporting data, digital, or technology transformation initiatives
Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for structure, clarity, and storytelling
Ability and willingness to work onsite in McLean, VA, five days per week
Preferred
Financial services or mortgage-domain experience
Background supporting large-scale data or technology transformation programs
Experience working directly with senior executives or C-level stakeholders
Consulting, strategy, or analytics background
