Account Manager - Systems and Service

Responsibilities
Build relationships with sponsors/decision-makers and map buying centers
Stay sharp on industry trends, competitors, and customer initiatives
Document business outcomes tied to customer KPIs
Diagnose recurring problems; shape solution architectures with internal engineers
Quantify value (ROI, OEE, throughput, downtime, quality) and guide solution selection
Own territory plan, pipeline, and opportunity qualification
Create account strategies for profitable, long-term growth
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear forecasts and updates
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and associations
Coordinate with application engineering and services teams for seamless delivery
Share account insights and pipeline health with leadership; support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field—or equivalent industry success
3–5+ years in complex/solutions selling (multi-stakeholder, long cycles)
Strong communicator and presenter; comfortable with technical discussions (DCS/PLC/HMI, L3 apps)
Organized, self-directed, resourceful; skilled with CRM and common productivity tools
U.S. work authorization, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
Drive to customer sites frequently; work outdoors as needed
Lift/carry up to 40 lbs (demo/customer equipment)
Wear required PPE on site
