Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Human Resources in the onboarding process including completing previous employment verifications, criminal history clearances
Facilitating the new employee onboarding experience and reviewing company policies and procedures, assisting new hires in completing new hire paperwork and conducting an overview of the agency's programs
Address and coordinate regular and episodic maintenance needs for all of the properties within the organization's footprint
Providing administrative support to Executive Leadership Team including, but not limited to, special projects, copying, scanning, faxing, data entry etc
If needed, providing administrative support and coverage at the front desk fielding incoming phone calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and obtaining updated insurance information
Qualification
Required
Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
Valid driver's license (Required)
Preferred
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
