Responsibilities

Owning end-to-end system outcomes: latency and quality SLOs, scalability, reliability, and cost
You will mentor and unblock senior engineers, drive cross-team technical decisions, and deliver production systems that operate predictably at scale
Lead the system architecture and define the long-term product vision
Setting the technical direction, and resolving challenges for Sanas’ real-time audio and inference platforms and products

Required

8+ years of Software Engineering experience
Strong expertise in Distributed systems and related technologies
Ability to foster strong engineering principles, industry best practices across the team
Strong communication skills with ability to drive large scope projects by working cross-functionally across Engineering, AI, Product, and Business stakeholders
Ability to Design and Implement large scale microservice architecture
Strong proficiency in Python or Go; async/concurrency, profiling, and memory/GC tuning
Experience working with AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure, EKS / Kubernetes
Familiarity with capacity planning, vendor selection and ML training/inference infrastructure forecasting
Familiarity with batch & real-time streaming protocols like gRPC/protobuf, websockets etc
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields

Preferred

Experience with real-time streaming protocols like WebRTC and SIP/SRTP
Experience with distributed ML training and inference
