Marketing Manager
Utili-Serve is a veteran-owned, family-operated company that offers services to power companies and municipalities. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to manage content, branding, and communications while building the foundation for a future marketing department.

Responsibilities
Manage Utili-Serve’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, professional content
Write, edit, and design marketing materials including company newsletters, brochures, and presentations
Manage updates to the company website, ensuring accurate and compelling content
Capture photos and video (or coordinate vendors) to highlight projects, employees, and culture
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all internal and external communications
Partner with leadership and HR to strengthen internal communications and employee engagement
Develop content that highlights company milestones, project achievements, and employee stories
Establish marketing processes, tools, and guidelines that can scale as the company grows
Support recruiting efforts by building Utili-Serve’s employer brand
Partner with business development as needed to enhance proposals and customer-facing materials
Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial/construction environments
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in social media, content creation, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Experience working independently and collaborating across teams
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to balance multiple projects
