Outside Sales Development Executive

Responsibilities
Visit prospective local businesses (door-to-door) within a two-hour radius to introduce and pitch the new program
Present compelling value propositions and spark interest through confident, consultative conversations
Qualify interested businesses and walk them through a simple application process
Maintain and manage your pipeline and activity in Salesforce
Partner with your Field Manager to plan and execute events such as lunch-and-learns, community meetings, and recruitment sessions
Build relationships with community influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups to drive referrals
Import and update Salesforce data weekly using Excel files
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, with field/outside sales required
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Confidence in outbound sales and relationship-building conversations
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate multiple systems
High energy, professional demeanor, and a sense of urgency to meet goals
Ability to handle travel of up to four hours round trip daily
