MPS Specialist - Office Services

Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating the company’s printer and plotter fleet, including small and large format devices across multiple offices
Serving as the primary point of contact for print-related inquiries, service issues, and vendor coordination
Monitoring service tickets, device performance, and inventory levels to minimize downtime
Analyzing usage data and cost trends using advanced Excel tools to forecast equipment and supply needs
Implementing and supporting print management software solutions to improve secure printing, scanning workflows, and driver updates
Conducting fleet audits, lifecycle assessments, and recommending equipment upgrades or retirement
Visiting office locations to support installations, preventive maintenance, audits, and staff training
Preparing reports on fleet performance, cost analysis, and improvement recommendations for leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in printer and plotter service, management, and print technology implementation
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of printers and plotters from procurement through retirement
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and ticketing/inventory systems such as ServiceNow or Spiceworks
Hands-on experience with print management software, including PrinterLogic, PaperCut, and Fiery
Experience conducting audits to identify cost savings, workflow improvements, and compliance gaps
Strong vendor management experience, including SLAs and coordinating maintenance across multiple locations
Ability to document SOPs for print operations, preventive maintenance, incident resolution, and escalation
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, Facilities, Procurement, and vendor teams
Organized and flexible, capable of managing multiple projects while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime
Willingness to travel an average of 3–5 days per month
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience supporting printer fleets in large or geographically dispersed environments
Comfort providing on-site training and guidance to end users
Experience working closely with helpdesk teams to manage service and supply requests
Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
