Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual and long‑range financial plans
Deliver accurate, insight‑driven financial forecasts to guide business decisions
Provide strategic financial leadership to corporate and operational stakeholders
Oversee the creation and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools
Establish and continuously improve FP&A processes, standards, and frameworks
Produce high-quality, timely financial reports and analysis for Senior leadership
Develop and track performance metrics and KPIs that drive operational and financial excellence
Assess financial risks and opportunities to support business strategy
Support business development and go‑to‑market initiatives through financial insights and modeling
Provide finance partnership to business units, offering data-driven analysis and recommendations
Lead, mentor, and develop a 6‑person US accounting team and a 4‑person North America finance team
Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven environment
Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership on cross-functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive FP&A and financial leadership experience
Background in manufacturing or CPG industries
Experience leading teams of 5+ in a complex environment
Advanced Excel skills and strong command of accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
Expertise in financial modeling and working knowledge of Hyperion
Experience with project management and variance analysis
Preferred
10+ years of general finance experience within multi-entity, multi-currency environments
Proven ability to hire, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
