Associate HR Project Manager

This role will support a Human Resources initiative to develop and standardize job descriptions, manage the drafting and approval process, and ensure finalized job descriptions are accessible to employees and leaders.

Responsibilities
Research and develop first-draft job descriptions by synthesizing existing and prior job descriptions, current job postings, and other available role resources, using established templates and guidance
Collaborate with HR and leaders to confirm role details and refine job descriptions based on feedback from the first-draft review
Manage the job description review and approval process, tracking progress, deliverables, and timelines
Provide clear updates on progress, next steps, and outstanding actions to stakeholders
Ensure approved job descriptions are finalized, organized, and published in designated systems or repositories
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related role
Proficiency in human resources practices
Preferred
Experience supporting HR projects or initiatives
Experience drafting or editing job descriptions or similar documentation
Experience coordinating reviews with multiple stakeholders
