Responsibilities

Work closely with computational colleagues to build, train, and evaluate cutting edge AI/ML models to investigate immune states across health and disease
Focus on innovation and exploratory AI/ML research within a data-rich environment
Technical and scientific mentorship from computational and experimental colleagues
Present at external scientific conferences and publish insights in high-impact journals

Required

Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or Machine Learning related field
Proficiency with multiple AI model architectures (e.g., transformers, MIL, GANs, GNNs) and explainability frameworks (e.g., integrated gradients)
Experience with both analysis and computational method development for single-cell RNA-seq and AIRR-seq (BCR or TCR)
Experience with python, machine learning libraries, version control, containerization, and high-performance compute environments
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex AI/ML approaches to both computation and experimental audiences
A history of high-impact, first-author publications in AI/ML, bioinformatics, or immunology topic areas
Independent, highly motivated, and highly collaborative with the ability to work together with multi-disciplinary teams of computational and experimental scientists
