Responsibilities
Own the Property Operations roadmap, prioritizing work order management, preventive maintenance, service workflows, and billing automation
Deliver high-quality releases that streamline building operations, improve service efficiency, and enhance tenant satisfaction
Identify opportunities for automation and AI, enabling intelligent triage, classification, and scheduling of service requests
Integrate with third-party systems like facilities management, IoT, and accounting platforms to expand ecosystem value
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and customer teams to drive execution and adoption
Run discovery with property and facilities managers to validate needs, prototype ideas, and measure success through key performance indicators
Ensure compliance and reliability, partnering with security and infrastructure teams to maintain uptime, data privacy, and operational integrity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SaaS product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a core module
Experience in property operations, facilities management, or related software systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to guide prioritization and decisions
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with APIs, mobile/web development, and integration management
Customer empathy and passion for improving the tenant and property manager experience
