Responsibilities
Support the lifecycle of communications systems from design and implementation through ongoing operation and maintenance
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support in-service assets and deployment initiatives
Assist with documentation and change management activities
Help ensure communications systems remain reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs
Take ownership of assigned work, coordination across teams, and support of both office-based and field-related activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Networking, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience
3–6 years of professional-level experience supporting engineering, communications, networking, or telecommunications environments
Administrative and technical writing skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and other document production tools
Proficiency in document management principles including policy adherence, version control, approvals, and regulatory or compliance considerations
